you are totally mainstream instead, even though here you want to show off at all costs, you don't go to the gym to avoid following the fitness trend, you couldn't be more conformist! I'm not growing up with complexes. I'm trying to grow by improving my health, I'm just avoiding the extremes that have allowed me to learn to appreciate food, eat better, feel good physically and mentally, improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels, I'm not doing it for trends, I'm doing it to feel better, if you conform and follow the trend of "I don’t want to follow trends"... that’s your problem. Just learn to stop saying that those who do the things you don't do are doing them for trends or conformity. It’s a backward and terribly immature way of thinking.
