It's strange.. I too noticed a resemblance to "figli delle stelle," but not the one you described. The similarity I noticed lies entirely in the fact that It Overtakes Me, in its structure (the first 3/4 of the track is all disco dance and the ending is slow and atmospheric), seems like the mirror image of Figli delle Stelle (slow and atmospheric intro followed by the rest being pure disco dance).

Even though I realized right away that it's an album that needs to be listened to multiple times (like all of FL's albums), I was still convinced that this would be the right time for the popular success of one of their records. But I think I was wrong. After all, it seems to me that Warner isn't paying particular attention to its distribution. And that's a shame.
