I simply greatly appreciate VDGG and Hammill, but I don’t like how you wrote this review (a bit too much arrogance that ultimately justifies those who consider progressive music just for pretentious people). I notice you didn't mention H to He at all. Do you not consider it noteworthy, or are you just not familiar with it? For me, it's the best album by VDGG, even though it has a more classic sound compared to Pawn Hearts. House With No Door is in my opinion one of the most evocative songs in all of prog.

Clearly, you are NOT one of those, right? As for the works of VDGG and Hammill Solo, they are artistically extraordinary (I’d say all of VDGG's works and almost all of "Hammill Solo"). However, he sometimes tends to have an excessive love for the aesthetics of existential anguish (these days I'm listening to In Camera...).
