Fifty Foot Hose Sing Like Scaffold

Wow, this review is beautiful (the reflection in point 1 especially, there’s so much to say and to fantasize-philosophize about). How did I let it slip by me...

I was almost about to vote and give you a 5.... I liked the raw and direct tone, sometimes you need that... then I read that “bombazza” (a term used too much by that guy on TV who does bicycle stunts and who kind of annoys me...), then I read “Insomma, io dico sì,” which reminds me too much of that talent show (??) that I detest... So maybe I’d feel like reacting like @algol in certain circumstances, (like this one), but I prefer to hold back...
Donovan A Gift From a Flower to a Garden

Sometimes the things you write, the individual words and the way you put them together, do indeed carry the weight of a drop of dew... If you pass by them and glance at them quickly, moving on right away, almost nothing remains with you... But if you take a moment and savor them, one by one, you can find within them, like the drops of dew, all the colors of the rainbow, and they become evocative of images, as true poetry should be. This likely also applies to Donovan's music, at least for some of his songs; I am thinking in particular of those that were inspired by and even set to music the lyrics of WBY.

I'll listen. The beauty of some Partridge's music I find unsettling.

"Lost souls".... the most beautiful album I ever listened to... It’s a very familiar name, just like that of this group, which I remember reading about countless times in magazines and online. The most beautiful album I ever listened to, maybe because I couldn't download it from Napster... what a great time that was.

Just one thing... I didn't pay much attention while writing this review, apart from a few hints, to the content of the lyrics and the theme of this album. Unfortunately, in the CD edition of the album I purchased, the lyrics are not even included 🙁. Well, I searched for them online and somehow translated them, and I discovered that (at least) the one from the first track is truly remarkable. It speaks of losing many friends, it talks about drugs (a reference was also present in the booklet of Trasmission as I wrote in the related review). It reminded me of the song of the drug addicts, even though clearly that song has a completely different poetic style, before someone accuses me of blasphemy... I’ll quote a part of the lyrics (poorly translated with Google): “Falling stars (falling stars) Crash in your car (crash in their car) What went wrong (singing songs) Now all your friends are gone (all your friends are gone) And they scream (and they scream) Screams from the beyond (screams from the beyond) Listen to their song (listen to their song) Now all your friends are gone Will you come back? Will you come down?”. I think about it more and more, great album.

Two things 1) If you could occasionally put a space after punctuation marks (essentially after periods that close sentences without going to a new line), that would be good and right (let's just say I can catch my breath between sentences 😉) 2) 2000 copies??? Do you have a hidden treasure at home!

5 regardless (on trust) just for the topic 👍💪😂
Dogbowl Tit... (An Opera)

“Tit” stands for tits, right? The same as in the Beatles' chorus of Norwegian Wood? The ellipses are really significant...
