After reading your message, I feel even more honored by your positive feedback on my review of Bone Machine.

I'm just now listening to it (second track). Going by a very first impression, aside from the fact that it truly sounds beautiful, it reminds me a bit, more than Tom Waits' stuff, of some things from Electro Shock Blues (a great album in my opinion) by the Eels, especially in the vocals.

Speaking of advertising, can I go ahead with the Firewater album you recommended? Should I give it a listen?

And what do you say about the splendid The Ballads of Todd Rundgren?

Festwca, thinking about it, not highlighting that reviews are written also, or rather especially, out of a desire to share, is indeed a grave error, particularly since it is usually the driving force that pushes me to do so. On this, I cannot possibly disagree with you. Thank you for pointing it out, and I apologize to everyone who felt offended by such an oversight (I apologize to myself as well...)

FOGOS, thank you for your contribution. I am fully aware of my technical limitations, and these interventions are not only welcome but even necessary from those who understand more. Thanks again.

To me, trivial means "something TRUE and obvious to everyone." In a nutshell, do you agree with the trivial truths I've stated?

Festwca, but by "banality" do you mean "things known by everyone"? If that's what you mean, then maybe, or rather definitely, I've said a few banalities in the first part.

@mementomori: I had no doubts that your passion for death was merely "aesthetic." However, I would love to read, since, AS EVERYONE SAYS, you are a capable, knowledgeable person who also knows how to write, something about other authors (belonging to different musical genres) who have addressed the topic (I shouldn’t have to suggest the names to you).
