Brian De Palma Scarface

5-star movie, unhelpful review.
Francois Truffaut Jules e Jim

Finally Truffaut! A great female character, splendid black and white, poetry in abundance, moralism banished. When Jules looks at the nape of her neck...

In fact, I'll put it on too.
Tool 10000 Days

Disc 2, absolutely a 2. I agree with cptgaio that Lateralus was already long-winded; I also believe that this 10,000 Days is rather an unseemly mess, praise be to Tool for Aenima and Undertow.
Sergio Leone Once Upon A Time In America (C'Era Una Volta In America)

More than the counterpart, I meant the equivalent, but we understood each other. Now I'm going to the sea.

To Sanjuro and his alter egos (and I emphasize egos), I would say this. You are the counterpoint to Poletti, the other pole of criticism. You say very valid things, but they get lost in pedantry, significantly weakening the message. It’s true that criticism can be a cancer, distorting an artistic enjoyment process, but enough already; those who have beer in their system already understand this, we are at the next stage. I didn't know The Good Son by Nick Cave; the reviews I read prepared me for listening to a masterpiece, stuffing it with precise meanings. I had quite a substantial starting budget, but after taking the CD out of the player, I realized that I much preferred the desperate Cave, and that his masterpieces were therefore different. That said, long live the dreamy and messy reviews.

As I said, the review seems completely useless, absolutely useless. You could have mentioned that the meaning of the film is encapsulated in that sweet eaten by the child on the stairs, voraciously, lustfully, uselessly. You could have said that "C'era una volta" is a film about memory, thus warning those who comment on it by comparing it to better gangster movies. You could have pointed out that this torrential story is full of flaws, just like life itself. You merely put a caption under a well-known film.

It's here, congratulations for your courage.
Roberto Benigni La Vita E' Bella
Voto:
There is definitely a downsizing of this film, the attack on Benigni is excessive, and it's ridiculous to dwell on politics and other nonsense like that.
