Dream Theater Octavarium
Voto:
That massive amount of great music that the 70s (first and foremost) gifted us. No need to name names. Then, from a formal standpoint, we also include the DTs and similar ones. But for me, this is regressive, as I already mentioned.

In short, like the Chinese who start the Olympics on 08/08/08! Useless like a Muccino movie or a Faletti book, and in general like all regressive rock.

Great album, great band. "Valid" is one of the most spectacular openings to an album ever.

Failed operation, but 5 for comment 25.
Francois Truffaut Vivement Dimanche! - Finalmente Domenica!

And what about Juliette Binoche? It's hard to find words for Truffaut; more than once, I've hesitated at the thought of reviewing him because it feels like I have to describe the pleasure of a gentle breeze when the flowers start to bloom. This film fits my tastes after almost the entire "Doinel" series, the Truffaut as a child (400 coups and Argent de poche), and at least a couple of other scattered titles. But it remains an infinite pleasure. Memorable is the quote from "L'homme qui aimait les femmes," do you remember it?

Five balls left. Fruit tree above all.
Jean Vigo L'Atalante

Very beautiful is Ghezzi's movie quote, very commendable to talk about the suggestions of Atalante in this world so devoid of poetry. I would add that the interpretation of the old sailor (I believe he was a famous character actor of the time) is one of the most intense I have ever seen.
Jean Vigo L'Atalante

One of the three masterpieces I couldn't finish: the other two are Eraserhead and Cronenberg's Naked Lunch. I remember an unbearable claustrophobia in that bateau, but that was my issue, so to speak. I will rewatch it too, very, very soon. 5 for the film, one point less for the review due to two or three clichés too many, ZERO for the off-topic comments, have respect for Vigo, he is a very elderly person.
