Damn, great review, and I was expecting the usual ridiculous crap given that the group is always looked down upon by the so-called know-it-alls! Anyway, folks, a fantastic album with cool tracks that flow seamlessly one after the other.

Well, the more I read you, the more your reviews make me sick. From some of your comments, I even learned that you’re convinced you’re hilarious... well, if you're sure about that... Now you’re picking on Verdena, one of the few Italian bands that are on my iPod. In my opinion, they may not be pioneers, but their music is definitely not the plagiarism you describe. Do they brag? Sure, but not any more than many other anglo-saxon bands that are worth a lot less than them. Do they appeal to lazy fifteen-year-olds? Well, so do the Nirvana. Both "solo una grande sasso" and "il suicido del samurai" are enjoyable albums and produced in a way that's superior to almost the entire Italian rock production. These guys have talent; it's also true that they can be a bit annoying, but they certainly don’t deserve one of your pathetic reviews.

Fidia, your reviews are always interesting and your expertise is beyond doubt, but can't you tone down the lawyer jargon a bit? "Who writes," "even minimal," "in my opinion," "genus"? Maybe it's because I work with that kind of language every day, but in a review – sometimes – I find it a bit out of place. Anyway, you deserve the 4, colleague.

But how beautiful that piece is... I've kept it in my memory for years until, a few years ago, I downloaded it and with great joy, I fully enjoyed it again.
