The review is very good, as a fan of Megadeth I hope to share your positive judgment on the album once I've listened to it. I didn't know about the feud between Ellefson and Mustaine, which explains the lyrics of "Something that I'm not" from the previous album!

He he he, this review made me laugh. However, I found the film very entertaining, even though I recognize it’s a piece of crap.

I refer back to a previous post that pinpointed in Mariaelena's "juridical" writing the reason for her absurd style. Please, guys, it can't be like that! Jurists are rather inclined to write in a rigorous and logically clear manner, precisely because they must support theses and ensure that third parties (judges or whoever) approve them. For this purpose, they do use technical or lofty terms, but only when strictly related to the concept they wish to express. Mariaelena's writings, on the other hand, operate in a completely opposite realm. Their main prerogative is to indulge in the (self-proclaimed) pronounced sensitivity of the writer. Communicating anything meaningful is evidently not a priority for Mariaelena, whose blatant lack of humility and unstoppable arrogance should lead the esteemed debasorioti who have authoritatively preceded me (Fidia, Bartleboom (they are indeed worthy champions of the juristic writing style), Kosmogabri etc.) to refrain from engaging in a critical or dialogical manner with her. After all, do we really want Mariaelena to change her style? Do we really want to deprive ourselves of the fun of reading her absurd reviews? Do we really want to miss out on the delightful squabbles between punctuation, grammar syntax, and orthography that her sentences invariably engage in?

I would place "parapsychology related to suspensions of the fear of the unconscious" among the Degenerates more than anything dramatic. Mariaelena's reviews are becoming a must; I always read them when they come my way. I love how she manages to thicken (in a bombastic and self-indulgent manner) works that are nothing more than mediocre with mysterious meanings hidden behind hordes of signifiers that are interconnected in a derailing way as well as being grammatically and syntactically incorrect. Her style is unique (not to mention contagious, judging by my previous statement); it must be acknowledged, even if it is as far from Italian as the jargon of junkyard dealers.

Ah ah ah, hilarious reception. The group irritates me, but in small doses (like 2-3 min) it's almost bearable.

Well, Lord, setting aside nevermind that it’s an explicitly “polished” product (albeit rough around the edges), I don’t think In Utero sounds like you say it does. It’s true that Nirvana’s arrangements and compositions are always rather sparse and predictable, but the rawness with which Cobain or Grohl play their instruments (the bassist is a hack, let's agree) doesn’t seem to be found in any hired hand. Then, the point you make, I roughly understand. I mean to say, compared to the dawn of rock in the contemporary era, there is less drive to search for new compositional and arranging solutions; often, one opts for sparseness and (sometimes excessive) simplicity, but that doesn’t mean you can place the Negramaro on the same level as Nirvana.
