Yes, more or less I got it! But honestly, I can't have such strong and all-encompassing opinions about music; even when I don't like a genre (which happens very rarely), I don't go as far as to judge it in a definitive and general way. Maybe I'm wrong to expect the same attitude from others... See Ya!

I didn't follow you in the analogy, but it wasn't my intention to mess with you...the 60s are an unrepeatable era, maybe you're right, but personally, I'm sure there was some BeatBoy back then who took it out on his peers who were fans of the Beatles saying, "Oh, but the jazz of the '40s, that was real music, this is crap!!" (but don’t take it personally, I’m telling you this with a smile)

Come on BeatBoy, it sounds like those statements like "Albanian people steal jobs from Italians." Not to mention that half of classical musicians approach Rock music with the same snobbery you display towards rap! I've already had discussions like this in a review of Malmsteen with ZiOn who expressed his general disdain for guitar virtuosos… when you don't know a genre, when you don't feel it, when you don't consider it yours, don't judge it based on prejudices! In my opinion, you just embarrass yourself.

I approached this Fibra with his latest album (my Hip Hop phase had ended with Dalla Sede degli OTR and has been creeping back for just a few months). I don’t mind it at all; I don’t feel bothered by his misogynistic lyrics and sometimes pretentiously corrosive lines, and in terms of technique, I’d say we’re definitely on point. Honestly, I don’t see all that much inconsistency with the previous Mr. Simpatia that I skimmed through the other night (except for the decidedly more mainstream beats). I’ll listen to turbe as well to get a more complete picture. Anyway, if someone has to succeed, I’d prefer it to be him rather than that pathetic self-proclaimed intellectual-moralizer Caparezza (formerly Micky Mix) or that absurd fake 50cent, which is Mondo Marcio!

However, the rating for the album, to be fair, is 4.5, so I’m re-voting.

Ehhhhhi! Great Ocram, a wonderful album, reading the review gave me chills just THINKING about the songs from this album that I loved so much and that you did justice to with a review worthy of 10 and praise!

Well, I knew that if Fidia was there, I didn't have to bother arguing;-) Anyway, I definitely step out of the cliché of the heavy metal fan you described, even if I still have long hair (tied up but still with the utmost disdain from my peers). Today I play and listen to really everything (one of my brand new bands mixes funky with jazz, blues, rock, and bossa nova - not even a trace of metal - since it’s only me who likes it in the group).
