I almost forgot, in my opinion Fear Of The Dark is really strong, but tastes are tastes...

But did you notice that this album has already... I'm joking!!! Scared, huh? Now I'll be serious. I quite liked the album, although it's true that compared to their other works, it really pales in comparison. However, it doesn't seem to me that all the songs on this album are just a faded mirror of their previous ones. Sorry, for this, I have to lower the rating...

I almost forgot the ratings. I liked the album; of course, it has its highs and lows, but it's not bad at all. Glen Benton’s performance is particularly good, solid as ever in Deicide, and Corey Taylor isn’t too shabby either. No Way Out is nonsense (but is this the song by the singer of Opeth? Please tell me it’s not!!!)

No offense, but you really didn't say much about the album; you just went off on the record label that produced it. A label that certainly has its flaws, but those aren't exactly the usual points of contention. The video for "The End" proves this: Matt, all made up and with a polished style, almost looks like a member of some trendy pop band (not that all of them are), when he originally was a first-rate roughneck. Considering that Trivium are good, I fear for their future in the hands of the monster... I could see them better off at Century Media Records. Then there's the usual senseless hatred for Slipknot, but given the intro of the review, I expected it; I don't pay much attention to it anymore. Also, since I’m late to the discussion, I see some keeping within the bounds of decency while others... Has Roadrunner ruined everything? As in, ever since it came into existence, even the old (and still quite valid) Ozzy isn't the same anymore? And maybe other bands like Rhapsody (irony) have cropped up? And then? The usual guy who has a go at 3 Inches of Blood, a band that is deliberately provocative and mocks the so-called good thinkers, which aims more to make you smile than to musically please (in two words, you fell into the trap, dear). Ghost Reveries? Nice, very nice, a great job, but they could have interspersed some melodies with a bit of anger. Better Blackwater Park.

Too bad. And maybe now I'll be too.

Short, too short, but you didn't say any bullshit. Minakis didn't really have a great singing voice, but the scream was golden. Greg Puciato seems better to me precisely because of this, because he sings much better.

Now I understand why I annoyed you so much by mentioning them...

Beautiful review; the album is gorgeous, but as time goes by they are declining... Waking The Fallen is the best.
