Slipknot Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses
Voto:
Less commercial with this album than with the others; now the more "bad" you are, the more you sell. And as if they weren't commercial before...
Atreyu A Deathgrip On Yesterday
Voto:
Ah ah!!! Look at Atreyu, look! Are these guys Sardinians?
Metallica St. Anger
Voto:
"Bass lines that might seem studied and complex but to the ear of the more attentive listener can sound practically 'shot' randomly or somewhat inappropriate." But what about chitticredi? the ultimate music aficionado? bah... anyway, in your reviews, I think you say the most obvious things (and I don’t care that you know Lars has lowered the tone, actually). It's obvious that Metallica are dead, but that’s been known for a while. Future of Metallica? Was there still anyone who believed in it?
Iron Maiden Dance Of Death
Voto:
Well, I mean, I adore Iron, but saying they are the best, or rather claiming that there is a group better than all others, is very, very superficial.
Arch Enemy Wages Of Sin
Voto:
But can someone tell me the definition of monocorde (I understand in what sense it is said)? But more than anything else, does it mean that Angela uses only one vocal cord and lets the other rest?
Arch Enemy Doomsday Machine
Voto:
What a disgust!! I could never listen to all of it, and then there's that little bitch Angela Gossow who really gets on my nerves. Plus, from the rumors flying around, she can't even sing live, and the riffs from the two buddies... wow! What originality! No one has ever pulled out stuff like this!! Miracle! But screw it... P.S.: But where’s the hot chick? No way she looks like a guy; she looks like a monkey dressed as a metalhead! (loser, by the way)
Legs McNeil / Gillian McCain Please Kill Me
Voto:
Up the dinosaurs of the '70s? I just can't accept that...
Him The sacrament
Voto:
Hmm I just can't stand them... it's stronger than me.
Fabri Fibra Applausi Per Fibra
Voto:
Heh heh
Satyricon Now, Diabolical
Voto:
You're right, but in my opinion, Satyricon haven't sold out; I would say that about Dimmu Borgir or Cradle (who, by the way, don't even hide it, and that’s why I appreciate them), but not about them. They simply decided not to repeat "Nemesis Divina" endlessly and therefore not to secure the money from all the blacksters, especially the "hard and pure" ones (the majority). They wanted to go beyond, but the soul is still black. Politics is already really annoying.
