Absolutely amazing! I really like them a lot; I had a review ready for the legendary Sailing Shoes. This live performance is simply breathtaking; it could almost be compared to Live At Fillmore by the Allman Brothers Band. All the musicians mentioned by Larrok above are excellent, but it’s better not to rank them, otherwise, we’ll never come to a conclusion...

I really have to hear them! Well done!
Tom Petty Wildflowers

The most beautiful one by Petty, in my opinion, is the masterpiece! This album marks Petty's artistic maturity, and from here on he produces records that are, if not on the same level, almost. Every listen is an emotion for Wildflowers: from the first title track to it's good to be king (you didn't mention that one), and the fantastic crawling back to you... how much I love this man!

I can't stand his voice. He's one of the singer-songwriters who annoys me the most <<<<< festwca, you're stabbing me in the heart!! :)

Well Lariana, you mentioned the most famous ones...fantastic! But there are still a ton missing..The Waiting, Room at the Top, Like a Diamond, You Got Lucky, A Face in the Crowd, Crawling Back to You, Anything That's Rock'n'Roll, Don't Come Around Here No More, Rebels, Echo, The Last DJ, Money Becomes King, Honey Bee, the cover of Something in the Air...and a whole lot more.

Oh VU, I'm glad you took my advice, well done: this is truly an exceptional album, I love it! Yes, you described it quite well, even though Refugee is the peak for me that you mentioned. I can't help it, but I prefer Tom to Bruce (not that I dislike the latter, quite the opposite...): but these are personal tastes.

They’re always upset with Who Do We Think We Are, but Pibroch is right: it’s a great record!

I love him.

Great review, Morningstar. Unfortunately, I'm not very well-versed in the genre, but I will listen with interest...
