Dear Nesci, thank you for your insightful comment. I am pleased to note that we think alike. Perhaps the difference lies only in personal preference, which is indeed subjective. And truly, Forbidden really sucks!

Great review, too bad about the differing views, or maybe that's precisely what makes it beautiful. If you have time, Nesci, feel free to comment on mine about this album... The Devil You Know - Heaven & Hell - Recensione di the green manalishi See you soon!

Outstanding review Pibrocchio, with a touch of very sharp humor, well done! The practice of castrating children... uhm it makes you think about what drove the genital... uhm... parents of the past to avoid falling into poverty!

First of all, thanks for everyone's comments! Lately, I haven’t felt very inspired to write reviews, but now I’m putting something down. Butler sounds great, as usual. His style maybe has undergone some slight shift towards a more modern sound over the years (just look at his solo records from the GZR project and also, for example, the excellent Cross Purposes by Black Sabbath). I note that my review has split the Sabbath fans on Debaser down the middle: on one hand, enthusiastic comments about TDYK, while others are more or less in line with my opinion.

Great review, an album I've only listened to once but have a good memory of: it's definitely a great reason to give it another listen.

In addition to those already mentioned, bassist Leon Wilkeson (2001) and his replacement Ean Evans (this year, May 6) have also passed away. A band truly cursed by bad luck. I have only listened to the album once, but I didn't mind the little hard rock they played.
