You forgot to mention that the title refers to the SUPER SIZE menu, meaning giant size, which Spurlock was forced to accept whenever it was offered to him: 1.5 liters of Coca-Cola, a hamburger with 123949433 calories, and half a kilo of fries. Bleah! A nightmare, in short! There are also bizarre characters, like the man who only eats Big Macs, reaching a total of 20,000. This film deserves all 5 stars: a masterful indictment of the garbage that this pseudo neo-culture of junk food wants to shove down our throats! Long live traditional cuisine, long live Mediterranean cuisine, long live Italian cuisine, long live red wine, and polenta with osso buco!

This album is quite special, undoubtedly unknown and underrated. It contains a couple of truly fantastic tracks, such as Childhood's End, where we find a majestic David Gilmour! But all in all, it’s certainly not one of the best albums by Pink Floyd.

This album is not yet heavy metal: it often leans towards a very hard rock with blue shades. From Paranoid onwards it's metal. Or at least that's the common consensus. In any case, I find it absurd not to define Black Sabbath as heavy metal: all the harder influences from the various bands of the time find expression in this powerful album. Black Sabbath invented heavy metal, while Judas Priest created the image associated with studs, leather, and so on. But the Sabs established this milestone, marking the beginning of something new and destined to last. Great, immortal!
