He is one of the best Italian singer-songwriters, able to blend the folk traditions of Lake Como with "foreign" sounds, combining them with poetic lyrics (he is an excellent writer): if you don't know him, give him a listen if you get the chance because he truly deserves it.

I didn't expect that... so: some tracks, in my opinion, lose something from the studio version (especially "La curiera" and "De sfroos"...), while others gain a spine-tingling charm (STU-PEN-DE "Ventanas" and "Ninna nanna del contrabbandiere", the latter in collaboration with the talented Balentes). Great work, anyway: even the two standout unreleased tracks are exceptional. Great review and great Davide as usual.
