Charlie Haden Quartet West

Superb review that captures with photographic precision the underlying emotional blend of this album, possibly the best by the bassist.

Oh, was it not even Gilmour's dog? Crazy, I didn’t know that. Anyway, my clarification was indeed a bit pedantic... :-)

A delightful leap back into my adolescence...

A review as soft as a suede moccasin, a group completely unknown to me, a musical genre somewhat foreign to my tastes, but very intriguing.
Dick Dale The Best of Dick Dale and His Del-Tones

Very interesting, I wasn't even aware of its existence. Great review.

Among the Floyd's albums, it's one that I feel most attached to. Fun fact: in "Seamus," the barking accompaniment is from Gilmour's greyhound.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Sinfonie n°40 K 550 e n°41 K 551 "Jupiter"

Exquisite review, just like the choice of the two Mozart symphonies. The greatness of this music is evidenced by the resilience of the first movement of No. 40 against the onslaught of ringtones, advertisements, doorbells, and the like, as Grass has aptly pointed out. I have the version by Karl Bohm with the Berliners, but I also had the chance to listen to this one and... well, Lenny is always Lenny!

I agree, in comparison to "Pretzel Logic," "Aja," and "Katy Lied," it's half a step down... but that's just being nit-picky.
