Great Lello, as usual.
Johann Sebastian Bach Il clavicembalo ben temperato - Libro I (Glenn Gould)

I really like the sound of the harpsichord, although, undoubtedly, prolonged listening can lead to monotony. I also believe, moreover, that it is culturally serious to carry on a discourse of music philology, the outcomes of which offer points of absolute interest. Fortunately, Bach's music is so absolute that it doesn’t lose grams of purity or charm whether it is played on plucked strings or when presented on hammered strings. In short, I reject dichotomous perspectives and embrace a "panicky" listening approach that allows me to appreciate equally the different nuances, to give a recent personal example, of the Goldberg Variations played on the harpsichord by Pinnock and on the piano by Schiff. Kudos to Mullah for bringing up this topic, and greetings to everyone in the loggione.
Sting & Gil Evans Last Session

Great review for critical commentary and considerations, all fully shareable. Of course, when Sting decides to experiment, he demonstrates an uncommon good taste.
