U2 How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb
Voto:
Let's forget it. U2 has been over for years. They should disband in my opinion. The only thing I would regret is not being able to see them live anymore. But they should really stop their studio production. As musicians and creatively speaking artists, they are KO. And it's not just because of this album. They've been KO since '91. Now I'm going to listen to a really good record: The Killers - Hot Fuss... anything but dismantling atomic bombs ;-))))

I grant you miracle drug. And know that I was a big fan of U2. It's their fault that I'm not anymore. (or at least I only listen to the albums from '80 to '91 now, since the others are useless productions with just a few glimpses of a nice song...)

I read in the latest comments that there are people who liked the album. Some who liked it a lot. I think I read in one comment that it's the best thing released in the last 10 years apart from Radiohead. Well, in my opinion, those who think that don’t listen to any fucking bands and any fucking music. I say this from the heart. I'm disappointed that there are such limited people in the world. I've already made my comment on the album, brief by the way. You can read it a hundred comments above.

But do you know that I used to love U2??? They were one of my favorite bands. Bono was also one of my favorites. I've always admired The Edge. The bassist was quite a character. And Larry really could play the drums, oh yes he could. But now?|?| I mean, what has happened in the last ten years??? I can't explain it. Are U2 going to listen to some of their old albums again?!? Like War? Or even Boy?? But this last album means nothing to me, zero. I won't put it back in the CD player. Just like I did with that 2000 (horrible) Pop (bad), Zooropa (they had smoked a little...). U2 as a band stopped existing in '91 after the masterpiece Achtung Baby. Unfortunately, I'm curious and I always hope they'll come out with a good album. But now it's a utopia. But you know what really pisses me off? That Bono declared to the whole world that this was their best album, the one U2 had always wanted to make...... I play in a band, and if I had made an album like this, I wouldn’t even tell my mom... what a shame.

This is a nice raw and powerful album... but I prefer Hansen with the later Gamma Ray. Now that's power metal.

Elf? Guess what. I agree with SAE. And if I can give you another piece of advice: try again, it will go better next time.
P.S. Choose an artist you really know well... because I don't know if you've noticed, but here you have to be careful when writing a review, especially about artists of Joe's caliber.

My criticism is fair and will do you good for your future reviews. You're doing well. Until next time.

Francis, I agree with you on everything you've said... but the iconographic comparison with the Beatles was a bit off the mark ;-)))))) Well, we all make big blunders sometimes...
