"Nine million bicycles" ha been haunting me; it’s one of the most boring and sticky songs I’ve heard in recent years. After I listen to it, it sticks in my head for hours—what a torment! I immediately associated it with Norah Jones as well, but the problem is I can’t stand her either. I doubt I’ll ever listen to the album, but the review is well written, and I found the "historical overview" on songwriters very interesting.

But why? Is Punisher and Francesco the same person?

I'm not very familiar with the Cocteau Twins, but I've heard Liz Fraser on "Mezzanine" by Massive Attack, and she has a magical voice. Absolutely, this is a group I need to discover; sooner or later, I'll have to get "Treasure" at home.

Now I have a difficult question for you: do you at least remember what you are commenting on, or are you too busy insulting each other? Hi!

Nooo, I also wanted to review this album, but whatever, I’ll leave it alone or we’ll end up like with Octavarium and Hypnotize.. Anyway, for now I give it a 4 because I’ve only listened to it 3 or 4 times, but it’s a true masterpiece!! I mean, when these guys started playing, I wasn’t even born and look at what they can produce after 25 years: a pain that I'm used to, precious, the sinner in me, john the revelator, absolutely amazing!! Long live electronics!!

This is one of those albums that truly leaves me perplexed. I've listened to it and relistened to it, and honestly, I don't quite understand what they were trying to do. Just to clarify my thoughts, I even read the logbook on their website where they describe the production phase. I don't know, maybe they want to shift towards rock (which, by the way, is also my favorite genre), but here they didn't quite succeed. One thing is certain, in terms of emotions, this album conveys very little! The only song that manages to convey something to me is "Alba a quattro corsie," where, coincidentally, they set aside rock and various turns and concentrate on electronics!
System Of A Down Toxicity
Voto:
I decided to download this album after reading this and other reviews. Maybe these systems are a bit too "loud" for my tastes, the first time I listened to them with the headphones from my player (just to not alarm the neighbors, you never know..) but I risked serious, I mean serious, damage to my hearing! The first listen all this yelling kind of annoyed me, but maybe I got used to it and now the more I listen, the more I like it. "Toxicity" and the final "Aerials" are my favorites. Genius this idea of blending Armenian music with this stuff that I don't know if it's nu-metal or something else!
Tiromancino La Descrizione Di Un Attimo

I have to say that this CD is really stunning! I imagined it to be much more boring. In fact, I was a bit biased, also because I really can't stand the singer... Anyway, "Due destini" is a true masterpiece! Then I discovered "Strade" (I probably missed it at Sanremo in 2000) and "Muovo le ali di nuovo," which with that blend of voices is truly a spectacle!... And the review is written wonderfully, Enrica; it's clear that you put in a lot of effort and that you really like the CD!
