Tom Waits The Heart Of Saturday Night

The best of Waits from the early part of his career, tracks like "Drunk on the Moon" mark an era. And he still had his normal voice, which is a bit impressive.

I've always considered Live Rust as the final epitaph of the great Young (even though he made a comeback a decade later). "Sugar Mountain," if I'm not mistaken, was only released as a 45 RPM, while "I Am a Child" was a track from his time with Buffalo.

No really, when I say sermon, I mean a great composition. In my first comment, I said "last trip" is a beautiful sermon; that is, for me, even "ambulance blues" (which I consider a masterpiece) is a great sermon. In rock, the word sermon is a compliment, just look at Dylan's sermons like "visions of johanna."

"Sermon" is not a negative word at all; indeed, even the text of heroin and poetry, I don't remember but it recently won a prestigious poetry award.

Hey heroin is also a great slice at the lyrical level!! Not to mention the textual one, while I wouldn't dare to make comparisons with the end, the end is pure expressionism.

nooooo you definitely exaggerated, heroin is another thing and also the end, last trip is a nice sermon, but it doesn’t reach the levels of those and neil has done better ones, like ambulance blues. 3.5 for the album, and with the next one everybody, which for me starts the legend of young.
