I had completely forgotten about the existence of this little duck!!! You've brought me back to my childhood.
Johnny Cash Unchained

Personally, I really like Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode sung by Cash; maybe it's a bit kitsch, but it's not bad at all.

Hello Odradek, welcome back! Thank you for your comments on this page that was a bit sad in its whiteness! I don't actually know Steven Bernstein, but thanks for the tip, I’ll make a note of it.

Well, Zanna, in my opinion you can start either with this one or with Spike as Novalis says, or with Get Happy (which contains high fidelity, the one that gave the title to Nick Hornby’s book).

Besides this, I think Armed Forces, Get Happy, and Trust are quite beautiful as well. Armed Forces was originally going to be titled Emotional Fascism, but I believe the title was changed on the advice of the record label. I don’t have Imperial Bedroom, but usually everyone speaks well of it. In the 90s, it seems like he got a bit pretentious with all the collaborations with classical music, Burt Bacharach, and Bill Frisell (I don’t know, maybe it’s good, I haven't listened to it much; it’s definitely much less harsh). Indeed, Sylvian, you're right; he looks at least 30 in the photo.

This one is really nice, I had four good laughs.
Woody Guthrie 85 Songs

Good job punny! House of the Rising Sun is really a great song; I only know Dylan's version, which I believe he borrowed the arrangement from someone else. But did Guthrie write it or is his also a cover?
Woody Allen Scoop

I don't know, I found this movie really entertaining. Lately, that's quite rare at the cinema, so I think it deserves 4 stars just for that. Of course, it's not among his masterpieces.

I think of Gainsbourg, who, as a guest alongside the young lady present here on a talk show, drunkenly told her live on TV: "I want to fuck you!" In fact, looking at the album cover, she was truly hot.
