Made in the legendary '68, an album that carries the scent of refined despair, of a garage sound without the brashness of the genre, Arthur Lee appears as the Pied Piper amidst violins, horns, and guitars. A masterpiece that he will never be able to replicate, and many bands or artists from different backgrounds owe something to this record, whether it be Belle & Sebastian or Calexico.
