Well, it seems rather naive to think that the jury couldn't assess due to a lack of expertise; it's obvious that there are invisible players behind the scenes who manipulate things for profit. Fortunately, there is very little worth saving within the festival, and so they end up tearing each other apart.

I listened to this album a lot back then, then I forgot about them. Because of their recent work, you made me remember them. Of course, the comparisons you make with other historical periods are out of place; I don't think they're the flag bearers of the 2000s, and even grunge feels a bit off.
