Thank you for this review.
I had been wanting to take on the legendary John Zorn for a long time.
Now I do it with your help and that of the debaser community.

Dear Mr.NoBodyNoMemory,
I haven't found any distributors or sellers in Italy. They are high-quality, very high-quality musicians, and therefore niche.
I take this opportunity to correct the English seller. ReR Megacorp ships without postage costs, they are kind, and my precious package (watch out for the upcoming AMALTEO reviews) arrived in 12 (!) days. An agonizing wait but good results!!!
Looking forward to hearing from you again,
Paolo Ferrario, alias Amalteo

Dear Mr.NoBodyNoParty,
The Necks' website is: Unable to Complete Request They ship from Australia.
Their records are also available in the United States: link rotto and from England: ReR Megacorp (the latter ships without postage costs, but so far I haven't received anything, even though I ordered and paid for it).
I assure you that The Necks are worth it. They are truly a unique band.
"Entirely new and entirely now. They produce a post-jazz, post-rock, post-everything sonic experience that has few parallels or rivals" (from The Guardian).
And: "The Necks have mastered the art of playing VERY, VERY QUIETLY, sometimes just above the ear's threshold and they know how to take their time, unwinding almost subliminal melodies that recall a jazzy Satie" - Charles Lloyd.
Keep an eye on mine: Musica Jazz: The Necks

Dear Gabbox,
Thank you for your warm welcome. I am in an euphoric phase of my life feeling like a part of a community!
Keep an eye on my page about the Necks: Musica Jazz: The Necks
In a moment, I will upload the 30 seconds allowed by (just) copyright laws on this page. But of course, for unique pieces of 60 minutes, it's impossible to convey the beauty. I assure you: BEAUTY.
I have other reviews in writing. Keep an eye on AMALTEO.
Cheers,

Thank you, wise old man.
But every communication always leads to some result: I found out that there was a Rock group called Neck and that there is also a singer named Nek.
I wish you good things.

Dear MRNOBODYANDSOUL. Your intrusion is anything but, it's a true emotion.
Thank you very much for your remembrance of the creator of the publishing house Instar Libri (therefore, for those passing by on DeBaser: Geoff Dyer, Still Life with Saxophone Case, Instar Libri, 1993).
Human life is filled and illuminated by these seemingly small organizers who, working in the shadows, make it possible to give others something important, like artistic beauty.
And remembering them is a deeply human action, much like bringing a flower to the cemetery.
Thank you again

Dear VECCHIOSAGGIO, I wasn't talking about the rock band "Neck," but about the Australian jazz group "The Necks."
Two different planets. Actually: two different galaxies.
Thank you for reading.

FOR NOBODYNOPARTY
Dear Mr NoBodyNoParty, first of all, thank you for the warm welcome. I really enjoy DeBaser. I feel in the company of friends who love listening to music and discussing it. I have the feeling of being part of a community.
I would be curious to know who had this lovely idea, where they live or live, etc.
Geoff Dyer. "Still Life" is a beautiful book. You can breathe the culture of Jazz. As for this music, I inherited the interest from my father (born in 1917: a devotee of Duke Ellington) and developed it along my own paths, culminating in the Necks. They are extraordinary, literally in the sense of out of the ordinary. If you are curious about me, go to www.segnalo.it. If you are curious about the Necks, go to: Musica Jazz: The Necks
Finally: the review appears as Paolo Ferrario, but on DeBaser from now on I will be Amalteo.
Cheers,

For the previous commenter. I will post some samples as soon as possible (I need to learn how to create them! Long live the website www.debaser.it!).
I have an insane desire to showcase these musicians who are truly absolutely exceptional and far too little known in Italy. Remember to visit this address for more information: Musica Jazz: The Necks
