Well, I'm sorry for that thread of bitterness that still lingers within you. I'm pleased by your mention of that great old man, Cesare Musatti. A man who has improved with age. There is always room for change. I remember Master Manzi's program, when Italian television was educational: "It's never too late." And now: work, reproduction of life, music. As for the pages: it will be memorable (obviously only for some) for the outings on age. Bye.

Congratulations on highlighting this album before the enthusiastic review by Symbad. I see that Manu Katché himself released It's about a time (in 1992: the survival income should be made)). I wonder if it's good.

Dear Odradek, it’s called "symmetric communication." It’s a way of interacting "in a mirror": every behavior of A provokes the identical behavior in B. The Venetian psychoanalyst Cesare Musatti offered a humorous little story about it. A couple is in bed and they’re making love. He says to her, "I’ve got it inside." She replies, "No! It’s me who has it inside." He would explain it in Venetian dialect, and everyone would laugh their heads off.
There are various ways to escape from it: you might not even start when you know how it will end (experience); you could close off communication (unilateral decision); or you might transform the communication, seeking a neutral and shared zone (wisdom).
But we, being debaserians and not wanting to spoil this free expressive space, can listen to some good music and start the game again. Listening ... telling stories ... having a pleasant conversation ... Among other things, De Baser has an excellent and neutral system for conflict resolution: double voting.
What wisdom in that cow watching us from above!

Perhaps, this principle also applies to music: "The beauty of things exists in the mind that contemplates them" David Hume.
Even more so in a public space where information, sensations, and visions are exchanged... In absolute freedom, without the constraints of professional or semi-professional critique.
The common thread is this: I listened... I liked it... I'm telling you about it... tell me what you think... have you heard anything similar...

Fantastic outings. One could also do averages, besides playing the lottery. Among the debaserians whose reviews and comments I frequent, I miss: wanderer, copernico, antoniodeste, realaxl, kosmograbri…
Let’s not forget Ralph Towner: born in 1940 (specifically on March 1st), so he is 66 (that is, sixty-six). The mature ones of Villa Arzilla around Ralph!

Synbad ... Synbad. Of course, they are not "objective" (because they walk the line of feeling rather than thought), but on DeBaser, there are two of my biographical reviews of "Drive By" and "Sex" by the Necks, as well as a "deep dive." But maybe you were being ironic and I, who sometimes tend to be slow, didn't get it. If you haven't read them, go take a look.
Sfascia: 36? You have all the youth backward towards 13 and still moving forward.

Instead, it’s interesting. Musical tastes are those that express individual differences with greater sensitivity. And generational differences are incredibly important for music. Among other things, it's a singular coincidence that this idea has come up on a record by Ralph Towner that takes us from the '70s (or perhaps even earlier) to today. How many trends have passed in these almost 40 years? And yet, alongside the explorers of new frontiers, there are the archaeologists. Now I understand why the Necks (some might know: it's a small and harmless obsession of mine) very often use fossils embedded in rocks on their covers. Life (and therefore present) that, however, comes from the past. Hello dear friends.

By the way, great idea to note "punisher." Any HINTS about our ages? Me: 57 years old.
