Interesting mention. He is also discussed by Nicholas Schaffner in the book "A Box of Secrets," dedicated to Pink Floyd.
Pink Floyd More
Voto:
Underrated album, perhaps due to its connection to a film that – I think – few have seen, "More" is significant for the presence of some classics from the pre-Dark Side Floyd concerts ("Green is the Colour," "Cymbaline," and also "More Blues," a framework that the Floyd would sometimes improvise on). Among the other songs, I also find "Ibiza Bar" remarkable (thanks to the introspective lyrics by Waters). Some instrumentals are purely functional to the scenes of the film and therefore lack depth; however, the cosmic atmospheres of "Main Theme" and the rarefied experimentation of "Quicksilver" stand out. The film also features an excerpt of "Seabirds," a piece never officially released.

A great album, but calling it the best of all time is bold.
