The first part is good, with some interesting ideas, although it is light years away from the Floyd of the '60s and '70s, with "On The Turning Away" as the highlight of the album. The second part (by the way, the one that Rick Wright did not participate in) is, in my opinion, the lowest point in the Floyd discography: a sequence of fairly cold and insignificant tracks; if it weren't for Gilmour's guitar and voice, they would hardly make one think of a Pink Floyd album.
