The Beatles With The Beatles

Nice record, but nothing more. In my opinion, the best British group in those early '60s was the Shadows. By the way, I wonder if they can be defined as PRONK...

A great start, between sparkling guitars and cryptic lyrics. But the best was yet to come.

Excellent review. The rating - perhaps - is the most accurate one.

I stopped at "L'isola di niente," which is the PFM album I prefer. I give this one my trust, and I also find Lanzetti's presence interesting.
Aerosmith Music From Another Dimension!

Nice, yes, but what jerks! They didn’t even invite Max Pezzali (given the cover, it seemed obligatory to me).

Great review, I had no doubts. He has all the right cards to please me, it's a real shame he's only remembered for "Year Of the Cat."
Roberto Benigni La vita è bella

Overrated and cunning film, with some good ideas and other lapses in style. At times it seems to treat the theme of extermination camps with superficiality. Back then I liked it, but I don't feel like watching it again.

Beautiful review, which reveals all your passion for this band and what it has represented. As for the album, it seems to me like a sincere work, but a bit late to the party.
Martin Scorsese Casinò
Voto:
A sumptuous film, which I particularly appreciated for the performances of Joe Pesci (an excellent villain) and Sharon Stone (never seen her like this before), and then De Niro directed by Scorsese is almost always a guarantee. It lasts 3 hours, but it wouldn't seem like it.
Pink Floyd The Final Cut

More than a PF album, this is a Waters album, an intense tribute to the memory of his father, and an expression of the traumas and anxieties of its author. You can feel that something is missing compared to previous albums (I especially think of Richard Wright's keyboards and Gilmour's decidedly subordinate role), but the great songs are not lacking (two above all, "The Gunner's Dream" and "Two Suns in The Sunset").
