The Beach Boys Carl and the Passions: "So Tough"
Voto:
I don't know anything about the Beach Boys post-'68. It seems like an interesting work, with the charm of unfortunate records, despite their beauty. Maybe it came out at the wrong time. I give it a 3.5 on trust.

I appreciate everything, except amphetamines. You don't say anything about the album, but you say it well. Album rating: 5.

Of possible cult status, due to the presence of Repetto and the patchwork technique. For the rest, an indefensible mess, good only for the stalls at Autogrill. Rating: 1.

A poignant story that could involve me.

For me, they reached their peak with "On The Road Again." What came after seems to me to be neither here nor there. The scenic aspect often overshadowed the remarkable musical talents of the five Frenchmen.

The title intrigued me (it's my year of birth, and it also reminds me of the album Neu!75). An interesting proposition, although not original (at least for fans of Krautrock).

Great review. I only know two of their songs ("Dixie Chicken" and "Don't Bogart That Joint").

Interesting review. As for the album, it's nice to see young people dedicating themselves to prog, but I find it challenging to propose something new and original.

A great album that has been eclipsed by "Hotel California". I still prefer this one. "Tequila Sunrise" still makes me dream.
