Well, many of us were waiting for Joan's opinion. But don’t go see them live!

Come on, editors, change it from British to American English, don’t be so strict..

indeed innovative sounds give the idea but English hip hop is rooted in drum'n'bass and jungle which were born right there. I recommend Roni Size feat. Rapresent and the Asian Dub; don't forget to check out my review on the Airborn, who are also a very minimal post-Antipop project from Ninja-Tune. Anyway, Mutescramer is the best and Beans' voice rings out so much it sometimes drives me crazy. Anyway, I like the terms you used.

Bro, the antipop, if you've ever listened to them, are from NEW YORK, not England, and beans is too. This is a harmless review for a CD of this caliber that really stands out for its uniqueness in the genre. There’s some free-jazz, rap, and ambient all played electronically. I'm sorry, but I won’t forgive that oversight; anyone who listens to them could at least write a few correct historical notes! Until next time!

@Bisius; White Pony is a transitional album for this band, the sound is more melodic, the guitars less distorted, the rawness of Deftones lies precisely in these strings, namely: Hard-emo-core, distortion, heavy riffs, and a unique touch of drums. In fact, you can notice in the subsequent albums a return to a sound that predates White Pony. In this one, there’s a proper mediation between the instruments, with Delgado being omnipresent, and it also offers a renewed take on melodies, which hopefully will never end.

grows more and more with each listen, it's a great album! Now I update my personal ranking of the Deftones: 6) Back to School; 5) White Pony; 4) Deftones; 3) Saturday Night Wrist; 2) Adrenaline; 1) Around the Fur... and the worst for me is 4, what a band, guys!

Nice review, but those who don't know the album won't understand it with this.

So, according to you, all religions are wrong because they urge individuals not to reflect but to believe in something nonexistent? Well, what a novelty! Although I must admit that I have great respect for Buddhism as a philosophy of inner exploration, and also because it hasn't committed serious crimes like Christianity has, I would add a few more to the list: burnt books, heretic burnings, crusades, the sale of indulgences. Today, after all this, not only does interest in Christianity remain alive, but they also seek and have political influence, things that should remain separate and distinct. Islam, however, is a religion of suffering and dedication; those who believe in it are forced into deprivations in their lives such as abstaining from eating certain foods, drinking alcohol, excessive sexual activity, and using drugs. So let’s not even go there, because unfortunately, freedom does not reside here.

Even though I have to admit that I've seen things done by Slayer fans that are almost unique, there was that guy at the Korn concert in Reggio some time ago who had the koRn brand burned into his arm... maybe he thought, "Hello, I want to entertain myself with this amusement park that is the human mind, a maze of obsessions from which there’s no escape except through ruthless actions; madness will be the only solution to stand out?" Poor guy, if he saw the shitshow they put on, he'll be wearing long sleeves for a lifetime!

In the meantime, I think Ateo has been honest by not saying anything offensive; being atheists doesn't offend anyone. The extremisms of Araya and Oscuro sacerdote are of a very low level, something I emphasized before when someone makes fun of mothers, which kids often do, saying almost the same things and it’s even worse. This has never been rooted in my culture, but unfortunately, it is in that of many people! And this page made by little kids is proof of that. The album isn't satanic but shamelessly anti-clerical. I also criticize the Church in the medieval era, and it bothers me even today when it engages in politics.
