Sure! If you can't find it, I'll record something for you (even though I don't know who you are and where you live, but somehow we'll make it work!)

Of course I offend it!! For me, Portnoy was and remains an absolutely anonymous drummer.. and to the metalhead above.. I never said that "take the time" or the other one would be achievable for me, the point is I just wouldn't care at all about redoing them!! What heresy, huh?!

Like in Is this thing on it always repeats: "are you still there is this thing on, am I coming down"
or in Make me a chevy: "where would I go and how do I explain your body to the rest of my day, I'm not as good as the interstates are I just can't take that far away. So stay"

I don't know, it seemed to me a bit like fried and re-fried stuff.. I'll listen to it better..

In any case, it was just to make an example. I could name dozens of drummers who, at the very least, have a bit more personality than Portnoy. Brendan Canty from Fugazi, for instance: a guy who plays in a Hardcore band and pulls out rhythms that come close to Jazz—now that’s someone with real chops! Or a more relevant example for you: take Jack Irons and all the work he did with Pearl Jam (by the way, congratulations on the review of Yield): I think he’s monstrous in terms of creativity, expressiveness, taste, and yet there’s nothing flashy about it; it’s humble work. THIS is what it means to be a great drummer!

Well, when it comes to having fun and sharing a laugh, you're absolutely right.. I didn't start with a review of the Cure, though; I also did a review of the Cure, you silly.. And next time, write more slowly; your message is full of mistakes and it's totally unclear.. With love, easycure

I repeat: go listen to Maureen Tucker's rhythms in "Velvet Underground and Nico" or "White Light/White Heat." By the way, Maureen Tucker was someone who literally didn’t know how to play, but she had TEN times the expressiveness of a Portnoy, TEN times the creativity of Portnoy (also because I seriously doubt Portnoy has any creativity), and her rhythms are consequently TEN times more enlightening, over thirty years later, than Portnoy's.

Anyway, I really don't understand where vHERMES has been a "hypocrite."
