Second point: the fact that Tom Morello is "built" (what does that even mean, I don't know...), "idiot," and furthermore "communist," I don't see why that should limit his undeniable artistic talents... Among other things, the aforementioned Tom Morello was a student of one of the greatest guitarists that you metal lovers really like, namely Mr. Steve Vai... and anyway Tom Morello was just an example... it's not that I'm crazy about RATM, sure, but someone like him compared to Petrucci is really a different story, but in any case like many others...

x Metallaro: so, let's start: first point, the fact that a track lasts 13 minutes and changes every thirty seconds means absolutely nothing; on the contrary, given that 13-minute tracks with changes every 30 seconds were made 35 years ago by bands like Genesis, King Crimson, Yes, Colosseum, Gentle Giant, etc., you are actually demonstrating the exact opposite, namely the complete LACK of creativity of Dream Theater.

Aside from the fact that by responding to me about Petrucci/Morello you have once again placed the discussion on a purely technical level, so I won't even counter, I just want to reiterate for the umpteenth time that I couldn't care less about Petrucci's speed (and neither could Morello), and that when talking about Morello, I used the term "creative," which you have never used. Then, you compare him to Bellamy from Muse???!!! You chose the wrong person... he's just a pathetic ham who plagiarizes here and there, with little personality and even less originality. Definitely incomparable to a guitarist like Tom Morello.
