Yes, but Jessy, dear, if MTV Unplugged was the only serious show on MTV, congratulations to the creators of MTV Unplugged. What merit do the BJ have in all of this? It's not clear to me. So, let's summarize: the BJ were not the first to play Unplugged, and thankfully we agree on that. MTV Unplugged is an innovative and serious program. Good for MTV Unplugged. If the BJ certainly didn’t invent anything by playing acoustically, and if MTV Unplugged is the only serious show on MTV, what logical conclusions can one draw? That MTV Unplugged is a great show, that the BJ has nothing to do with it, and remains what it is regardless of MTV Unplugged.

You see, the point is Mauro: what the hell could you possibly have that is so original about this Epic, at least as these frauds intended it? ...If it’s practically classic metal but more flashy, forced, redundant, full of useless fucking solos, with meaningless vocal flourishes, then we can only conclude for the umpteenth time: PURE SHIT. P.S. Tortoise are not grunge, listen to Tortoise and you’ll do better.

Yeah, the Pixies, can you imagine... for Franceschino, the '80s are Guns N' Roses, Bj, Mötley Crüe, and maybe, just maybe, if he's really listened to some albums, also Poison and Skid Row... Those are the bands you need to mention to him, that way he’ll be happy and feel like a big rock aficionado... ;)

Dear Jessy, the only "innovation" of the MTV Unplugged was precisely that it was a new program.. I mean, it’s the same kind of innovation as when they invented TRL live or other similar gimmicks.. If you knew a bit of rock history, you would know that performing acoustically wasn’t exactly this novelty in 1989.. perhaps it was the acoustic performances on TELEVISION.. Well, excuse me, you’ll understand the innovation..

So, let’s get to the rankings; best performance at the MTV Unplugged? Yeah, what a lucky break! Of course, between BJ and Brian Adams, I might also choose BJ… Oh dear, I don’t know… But the most ridiculous thing: "Slippery When Wet" as the seventh best album in the history of Rock... Not to doubt your word, DAN, but isn’t it more about the history of HARD rock, rather than rock in general? Because, you know, I started doubting when you said that at number one is "Back in Black"... I mean, it’s not like the Beatles, Beach Boys, Velvet Underground are at the top, or maybe, depending on preferences, King Crimson, or the Grateful Dead... No, at number one it’s AC/DC... Not to take anything away, but it seems like your ranking doesn’t exactly cover ALL of rock...

Then, moving on, "nobody made anything up" ... a classic clichéd statement from someone lacking in musical knowledge. Only in the '90s, there were several artists worthy of being called innovative, a few examples: Tortoise, Nine Inch Nails, Primus, My Bloody Valentine, Fugazi ... All of this while BJ was singing laments in the style of "Always" ...

Here I am, dear ones, to put an end to your total nonsense!! So, let’s start with Dan, who made the biggest blunder… "to be the first to have the guts to perform acoustically while leaving out the electric guitars"... OF COURSE! How could we not? With this statement, we throw into oblivion the beauty of 80 years of American music history, because after all, we are so open-minded… Just to stay on topic, but dear DAN, do you know Bob Dylan? Just for hearsay… But do you really think Bob Dylan made his early Folk-rock experiments how? I'll tell you how he did it: with the ACOUSTIC GUITAR. Never heard "Another side"? Ding dong ding dong, oh oh… what an incredible thing, huh? We won't even mention Neil Young, Crosby Stills & Nash, Bruce Springsteen, etc., etc.

I don't care if a band plays Epic or Power or Jazz or Funk. If a band is CHEESY, lacks a shred of originality, is trite, crude, and stale, then it's CRAP regardless of the genre. Period. And go listen to Tortoise, that might be better...

Sunshine, why do you insist on assuming that we listened to at most two BJ songs? What is it, can't you accept the fact that, quite simply, after listening to it, we found it fairly awful? Well, I'm sorry, but that's the way it is. Point two: who told you that we love metal? Did you take a look at the reviews on the site? Point three, I would have wrapped it all up with my first comment, but if there's a need to intervene again, why not? But calmly... These two defending BJ have unleashed a whirlwind of insults and various stupid claims, so what do you want me to do? You should at least respond appropriately. It's fine to defend the band you care about, but there's an expression "in a civil manner," which evidently Francesco & company don’t seem to know very well. Okay, now they're facing the consequences... ihihihihihihimmmuuuuuahahahahahahah ahahahah (evil laugh!) : D
