I liked Control.. not everything, I found it a bit uneven, but the parts I liked, I really liked a lot.. especially "Indian Summer".. I didn't get this one because I haven't read good reviews.. but yours is quite convincing!

thank you Zuck..; ) if you get the chance, give it a listen, some tracks might be a bit boring, but a few are masterpieces, like "1992".. a spectacle (in my opinion)

Where is the "rich and fertile imagination" in this album? In the continuous time changes, useless and sterile hot air? Or perhaps in the "greater expressiveness" of this record? And what would this expressiveness be? That of limp and kitschy ballads like "through her eyes" or "the spirit carries on," which, with a few less solos and a less redundant arrangement, could have ended up on a Blue album? Where is the great creative divergence of bland 4/4s filled with high-pitched vocals and solos, with a kitschy arrangement switched from that certain horrible '80s rock? For me, imagination is a very different story.

If this is the album in which they focus the most on expressiveness, does that mean they are expressive? Well, no, it takes a bit more... let's just say that, poor things, they tried, obviously with little success... that they were carriers of Progressive metal is not in doubt, it remains to be verified how innovative progressive metal has truly been; if you listen to DT, obviously zero. For your information, however, in '86 there were already plenty of bands blending different genres... from Sonic Youth, born five years earlier, who synthesized various influences to create a new sound, a concept completely foreign to Dream Theater, RHCP, and even Metallica, in 1983, who created far more with Thrash than DT ever did... as you can see, my historical musical judgments are well-informed, whether you like it or not...
Jennifer "LA" Lopez J.Lo

"I'll start with a review of an incredible album, but before revealing it to you, I'll keep you in suspense a little longer to make the wait more delightful and sweet.".. "LA LOPEZ, or Jennifer Lopez, THE Queen of Latin-Pop!" "This album, aptly titled "J.Lo," begins with Love Don't Cost A Thing, a song that once and for all silences those who accused her of being solely interested in money to marry Ben Affleck." ..pure situationism! masterpiece
