dated the nineties? but it's an '87. Anyway, great review, and great album, not at the level of Barbed Wire Kisses, but worthy of praise!
Soft Cell The Art Of Falling Apart

Too bad I missed a live gem, who knew!

Not all of us are graduates or students, fortunately even those who are less educated can appreciate the pleasures of music; it doesn’t take all these words to review an album, even if it’s by the great Tuxe.

Even though there was no need for another review on this monument, I must admit you've managed to shock me. Like you, I approached this group during sad moments; it has been almost 20 years now, but the essence remains the same. Ian, it’s useless to repeat, was great. His soul lives on in the songs, while his body was burned on May 18, 1980.
The Cure Mixed Up
Voto:
I should mention that I have all of The Cure's albums and I’ve listened to them extensively. When I referred to mixed-up, I was talking about the sound of the CD (production, audio quality, etc.), not the songs themselves; I know there are many other Cure albums that deserve more recognition. As for the reviews? Maybe I wasn't clear enough; I meant that since it’s not my job and it never will be, but I’ve always enjoyed writing reviews, ever since the days when the internet was a mirage. Now I have the chance like so many others to be heard! I'm glad to know that you were also at the Orfeo (I was 14 at the time) and to see that there are people who haven't lost their way in this musical mess lacking ideas and originality over the years!
The Cure Mixed Up

It's fine to negative an album, but certain songs, even if manipulated, are and remain great; in some cases, they might even be better. Sure, the Cure aren't a dancefloor band, but in this case, they've shown that everything they've done isn't just fluff! No matter how you look at it. It was one of my first CDs (as a medium), and I was enchanted by how it sounded! Who knows! De gustibus.
Depeche Mode Live @ Stadio Olimpico di Roma, 17.07.2006

In the stands, the acoustics were acceptable but the volume was a little low. The live show two weeks ago in Locarno was incredible! Anyway, an unforgettable evening, it was worth it. Even though the organization was nonexistent, by 12:10 there were no more transport options, and we had to walk 5 km. Shitty city!
Morrissey Live @ Villa Arconati, Castellazzo di Bollate (MI), 17/07/2006

Morrissey is great, and the fact that not many people know it makes him even greater! It's a shame I wasn't there (I was busy in Rome for the DM), but I still have the wonderful memory of 2000 at Alcatraz. Great review!
