about the 5000 songs to carry around and all this eagerness to have everything at all costs, from the cybernetic beats of some obscure German combo to the banjo of 4 youngsters from Nashville, and then in the end you find yourself with 4900 songs you'll never listen to: how much sense does this massification of music make today? I was reading an article yesterday stating that the CD is destined to disappear within five years. The CD: I mean, we’re still here feeling nostalgic about vinyl, and soon even my CDs will make me seem outdated.
