I have "Soundtrack.." the y burnt by the sun. I discovered them with contaminated 5.0, the collection from Relapse (which also produces Dillinger Escape Plan, Skinless, Suffocation, Nile, and a bunch of other big names). The review is good. The genre is similar to Converge, I would say, maybe closer to death. I would call it metalcore and get straight to the point.

I don't have the album, but Gathering doesn't drive me crazy. I don't know why, but I find them like a softened version of other Gothic Doom bands, and I'm not that fond of them.
