you don’t understand anything: it’s the best album by Slipknot (the others suck). Here they weren’t doing nu metal but experimenting. EXPERIMENTATION, do you have any idea what that is? You can’t trash the song “because nothing makes sense” or because “they insert jazz and electronic pieces.” That’s called EXPERIMENTATION. If you wanted something more listenable and easier, there are always Iron Maiden (whom I adore).

DEAR SC: is this album poor in ideas? Perhaps, but I don't expect grand ideas from an album from '88. Has the band not evolved well? That's true, in fact, I won't review the other works. The album is easy to digest and for this reason, I endorse it as a good record. SC, perhaps you're a bit too critical of me: you, with hindsight, can notice it, but I'm still young and enthusiastic... maybe in a few years I'll talk like you (I hope I won't lose this passion), but I like these albums. Thank you, Sergio, you always flatter me... as for Cronos... I find it a bit bold to compare them to Suffocation... of course, their technique is impressive but they don't have the same impact in terms of style... I listened to the latest one yesterday... it seems a bit better but I want to delve deeper.

Guys, I have the entire discography of Mortician if you're interested... but they were good during the period of House by the Cemetery and Hacked Up for Barbecue... from there on, I didn't like them anymore... I have about 300 death metal albums... while when it comes to corpses, I only have some human bones, but no corpse... :-) ... I don't dismiss bands with drum machines (I really like Forgotten Tomb and Burzum), but in my opinion, Bob Beaulac programs it really badly.
