Cryptopsy None So Live: Live In Montreal

something that is not in my goals. There is some excellent music that is completely ignored and equally mediocre music that enjoys extraordinary success. We have to call it as it is: this Live is stunning but the Cryptopsy have been show-offs. In any case, especially the more progressive side of Brutal is not adolescent at all.

ANIEL thinks I just sent a double review... Damn it! This fucking computer, when I searched for "entombed," it only gave me morning star... I don't understand why... anyway, I say very different things... so, aside from this blunder (and another with suffocation), I usually don't write double reviews. Besides, one thing is to hear two opinions about a semi-unknown metal band, another is, for instance, for me to review yet again some CDs by Oasis that I really like but everyone knows and reviews... would I have anything more to say? No, I don't think so. If it's to express my opinion, I just comment on the existing review. Anyway, thank you, I believe one shouldn't try to dictate what is good and what is not; otherwise, you risk monumentalizing a musical genre.

Yes, you definitely caught us... but I hope you still take my advice...

I really didn't know this... it's just that there are so many bullshit circulating around Meshuggah that if I had to listen to them all, I would start saying that the singer has a synth installed in his throat and other crap...

I am exactly nineteen years old, completed exactly 29 days ago; however, I believe that Cryptopsy (not all Brutal Death, mind you) are not a band that can only be listened to by teenagers or just a bit older. There are some bands (I mention Cephalic Carnage, Dying Fetus, Ion Dissonance, Gorguts, Converge, Meshuggah, Coprofago, Psycroptic and others) that are very interesting on a strictly musical level; it's not just music to blow your eardrums out and headbang to... anyway, I hope you'll give them a listen... I would recommend "...And Then You'll Beg" or "Once Was Not" for you.

Dear Vincolla..... finally someone admits that Dream Theatre ARE NOT THE BEST! Anyway, lemuro, you don't need to be 15-20 years old: I highly recommend it to you. Then I would like to clarify that I don't only listen to this, but 1 regarding the rest, I don't listen to niche music, I listen to stuff from the '70s that has already been reviewed by two hundred people, this is the genre I prefer because it objectifies a side of me that no other music can objectify. 3 I think it's unfairly underrated and criticized. 4 Acid Bath and Ion Dissonance are nothing like that, but I reviewed them anyway.... ANIEL I didn't say it’s the only one, I just said it’s very striking...

one of my favorite groups, unfortunately discovered only a few months ago. Let's hope for the best, this is my comment. Great review... the technical details, when it comes to SP, are out of place.

for 6+9=69...thank goodness there are still some who appreciate them. One of the most beautiful albums I've ever listened to; capable of changing a day.
