Pink Floyd Pulse - DVD
Voto:
The review is a bit lacking in details, but it’s well written overall. The DVD is a testament to fantastically performed concerts. As for Dark Side, I would have preferred the proposal of new arrangements... After all, if we want a live version that is more or less faithful to the original, we can just grab some bootlegs from the era.

I gave you a 4 before. Now drop to a 1 for the demonstrated stupidity.

I love their music, but the covers they serve us are truly awful, like a low-budget horror flick. Unfortunately, at a visual level, they are greatly harmed by Eddy; this gives them an image of grim superficiality that does not reflect the depth of their songs at all.

As often happens, I disagree with Marco Poletti. "Canta Canta" and the girl and the mine are fillers? Come on... they're actually two fantastic songs! But anyway, you're the one who gives five stars to Articolo 31 as they are, so...

Hi Marco. Of course, you’re free to think what you want, but it makes me sad when someone can't appreciate the beauty and depth of certain music. Also, we have very different tastes... You give five stars to Articolo 31’s "Così com'è" (clearly worse than Ligabue’s first album), while I give five stars to "La disciplina della terra." Maybe we're a bit different...

Keep it up. You've reviewed a really nice album. Now, however, I take on the duty of destroying Profiles by the duo Mason and Fenn!

Great suggestion, thank you very much.
Iron Maiden The Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg
Voto:
If we consider Piece of Mind, this song is somewhat reminiscent of Still Life. The music of that song was written by Murray, just like this one. Murray, UNLIKE Harris, tends to repeat himself quite a bit: intro with an atmospheric solo, two or three riffs in a row, and a solo. By the way: Do you find Murray's solo ridiculous? The song can be criticized, but the solo seems to me to express only good taste.
Iron Maiden The Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg
Voto:
I love the intro of the song and Murray's solo. However, the structure of the track seems decidedly sparse to me, in stark contrast to the highly polished productions of Brave New World. I like the song, but from a single, one expects something more concise, impactful, and tough. Moreover, it seems absurd to judge an album by merely looking at the lengths of the tracks: unfortunately, these are just prejudices that will negatively affect whatever the actual value of the album may be.

I was expecting this review from you... congratulations. Moreover, you faithfully reflect my opinion on the album.
