Lewis, I agree with you. Yours is just a gesture of love to a very talented singer-songwriter.

I discovered this great artist a few years ago thanks to a friend of mine. I played him "Canzone Per Un'Amica" by the Nomadi, and a "competition" started to see who could find the most songs dedicated to people who had passed away. He played me "La Sedia Di Lillà," and I fell in love with Fortis's music. Notably, there's "Fragole Infinite" (not included in this album), which Fortis recorded in one of the 3 Abbey Road studios with the same orchestra that played on the Beatles' "SGT. Pepper's," clearly dedicated to the recently departed John Lennon. The album in question is really good because of songs like "A Voi Romani" (I believe an attack on Roman politics, not on the Romans themselves), "Milano e Vincenzo," of course "La Sedia Di Lillà," and "In Soffitta." The review captures the sarcasm of the album quite well; Francesco, you beat me to it, I was thinking of reviewing this album myself...but it doesn't matter, you did a good job! Bye!!!!

I haven't done a thorough analysis, but I have an idea of what it's about... precisely following that program.

for me it’s not really disgusting, but then it gets heavy.... it’s not like listening to Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, or Deep Purple!!!!

Well, you can tell from the cover, I did an image search and I saw it.... I also saw them.... they have a satanic look!!!!

I read the review of "PROSTITUTE DISFIGUREMENT" from the album "Embalmed Madness (reissue)." From what I've read, it's interesting. The review also talks about the cover (and that's the interesting part), where a decomposing body is depicted along with a girl with her legs wide open riding on top of it!!!! Anyway, death metal is not my genre.... I often watch the show "I Love Rock'n'Roll" on All Music Network, and they often discuss this genre.

I tried to go to the site, but it tells me that the page does not exist!

If you don't tell me, it means you don't know well the genre of the bands you mentioned a few posts ago either.
