More than a review, a piece from History of Treaties. Applause.

Splendid review, careful to also frame the historical context and the various cultural movements related to the JA (the highlight is the quote from Araki, a director who has managed to transfer certain murky Farrellian impulses onto the big screen). Hopeless confirms himself as the ultimate exegete of Farrell and company, the high priest of the Jane cult.

Truly valuable review.

A splendid review for a band unjustly forgotten, yet at the time was one of the protagonists of the American hard rock revival, alongside the mentioned Soundgarden and Jane's Addiction. @hopless, as the insightful reviewer states, a track like "golden shore" could easily be mistaken for a song from the second side of Ritual!

Desert wave carried in the sick belly of L.A., of which traces will also be found in various episodes of Farrell's most famous creature (I'm thinking of tracks like "chip away" or "ted, just admit it"). Grand review.

Excellent review, nothing to add! A great comeback for Dulli, 3-4 pieces of absolute value... a thought for Trellheim, I'm sure a track like "It Kills" would have pleased her greatly.

Beautiful page. Am I mistaken or did you not play anything from "Songs of Love and Hate"? I would have been disappointed!

In agreement with Festwca, whom I greet warmly. The best piece in the bunch is "this land is your land," by the way, the centenary of the great Woody's birth has just passed (it's no coincidence). @imasoulman, it’s a time of change and I'm somewhat absent, a bit like Ray chasing the "ragged glory" under the South Beach sun!
