I've listened to this album 2 or 3 times again in the last few days: indeed, the previous 3 are a step above, some experimental tracks leave nothing for the listener, too self-indulgent, I remember it being much more enjoyable.

Dalla up to the album "Dalla" (1980) is magnificent... after that, the slow and inexorable decline began. I don't particularly like this, and it's better to overlook his '90s years...

Germs, regarding the fact that the Talking Heads were more structured and conventional, I have some doubts; their blend of rock and funk seems quite evolved and "new" to me. Oh, and I agree with Supersoul about the '60s garage.
