Bland and boring film, two hours and twenty are definitely too much for this.

It's so strange that as we get older, we are no longer who we used to be.
Bruce Springsteen Western Stars
Voto:
I've had it in heavy rotation since it came out; for me, it's a true gem. From the production to the sounds to the songs, it's the best album in many years. Western Stars, Moonlight Motel, Tucson Train, Drive Fast, and Hello Sunshine (at least) are masterpieces. Of course, the loyal fans from 40 years ago won't appreciate it much, but it doesn't matter (it's always the same old "things were better back then" and "once, it was all Boss" and other nonsense like that). On the contrary, it has been well received by people who usually aren't big fans of our guy, so that's good.

A dear friend of mine recommended listening to this album just a few days ago, an interesting coincidence. Now I have no more excuses.

I've always said that Simon is a bit of a genius in folk-pop music. My favorite period of his is the '70s.
