I don’t know what his tastes are; if one tries to be a music critic, I believe they must move beyond the “favorite music” discussion. What is certain is that according to his methodology, the albums he rates highly are the right ones. If there’s something wrong (I don’t know if it’s wrong, and I don’t care) it’s the method he uses. In the end, he’s just another critic like many others.
