Speaking of music, I’ve listened to many death metal bands in my life, and I doubt that these Cadaver will add anything new to what has already been said, gutturally speaking, by thousands of other bands.

Honestly, I don't understand why many brutal bands release albums with covers like this; the cases are these: a) they have a preference for entrails, feces, and other such delights, so they are raging lunatics, not to mention tasteless b) they are monothematic because this genre requires abundant use of offal, so they are also bland and predictable. Furthermore, this one in particular is neither shocking nor amusing, it's HORRIBLE...

I don't know, in my opinion the style of "Jane Doe" doesn't differ much from that of "Petitioning...," Converge has been like this since their beginnings... sure, the musical writing has become more refined, but they have more or less remained themselves. And then (just my personal opinion) I don't find that Converge and Botch are very similar: the former are very aggressive, the latter are more groove-oriented. They still remain two of the bands I enjoy listening to the most.
