Philip Glass North Star
Voto:
Well, Glass I don't know how to evaluate. I don't find minimalists that enjoyable, aside from a slice of Reich's production, but Glass seems to me the least interesting of all. Better John Adams for second place, if I have to choose.

I absolutely loved this album! I think I wore it out back when it was released!
Amedeo Minghi Serenata

Some well-chosen tracks, like Serenata, 1950, La vita mia. However, in the long run (transl: more than three tracks in a row) it doesn't hold up, seriously.
Paul Westerberg 14 Songs

Great reception and awesome album, to be placed alongside the best of Mats. Paul is a legend, but from what I've heard, he's quite the opposite of friendly and easygoing (gossip space ahah).

I saw it again this evening, an immortal masterpiece as always.

I agree, in the post-Exile era there are some decent albums, some great tracks. But if you have to recommend a minimal discography, you stop at 1972.

It may be seminal, I don’t know. But I find it unbearable. One of the so-called "scaruffate" (it seems to me that it has always been one of its musts) that I can't stand. There aren't many, but this one is.

This album has never convinced me, the production is muffled and the intentions are still not quite clear. Spiderland is galaxies ahead.

In a video I found on Facebook presenting the new album, it starts with "hey, you guys." Ragazzacci. R-A-G-A-Z-Z-A-C-C-I.
