Supersoul's commentary is really interesting, a perfect analysis in my opinion. The film is also very beautiful.

You got me back on the TSIB plate after months, it's always a pleasure.:D

True, although I listen more to the early works of Fugazi. Waiting Room!! :D The Lizard are good too, although in my preferences they come after Fugazi and Neurosis.

Lux, I adore TSIB completely! :D I think Today Is The Day are great too, but not at the level of Neurosis.

Yes, this hypothesis had crossed my mind, Fest; in fact, I even added the little face... :D I also think the Fugazi are above. The problem is that Neurosis have created a very original (I would say unique) music, but perhaps it's too heavy. In the sense that most people are much more willing to listen to Fugazi precisely because they are more immediate, less verbose.

I really don't understand the usual questions like: "well, Fugazi and J.Lizard are on another planet." Now, I also love these two bands, but I would like to know WHO decides they are better than Neurosis, who have amazing albums like TSIB, Soul at Zero, this one reviewed. The fact is that I paradoxically find myself sometimes making these kinds of statements too. :DD

"Yes yes, tastes. But Neurosis is metal" ---> I don't think so!..."But let's say that Jesus Lizard and Fugazi are definitely on another level" ---> I really don't believe it, TSIB has nothing to envy from any work of Fugazi and Jesus Lizard in terms of genius, the way I see it.

Indeed, no matter how good the Isis may be (I enjoy listening to them), the Neurosis exist in another galaxy, there's no denying it.

The thing that can remind one of metal in N. is the heavy guitars. In the very distant way, though.

Well Fest, I love Neurosis, whereas Earth and Sunn make me yawn after 2 minutes, a diametrically opposed view...:D anyway, I see very little metal in Neurosis, just a tiny bit...
