I listened yesterday on YouTube to a piece by Merzbow from "Venereology" from 1994... damn, 5 minutes of noise/harsch/grind---> how the hell can you endure more than 1 minute? It feels like someone is drilling into your eardrum with a dentist's drill. Who knows! :D

Electronic noise is fascinating, I admit, but it drives me crazy (and my eardrums) so much! I like violent things if they come from a drums/bass/guitar group (except for Halo, which I love, but they're bass/drums/synth). It's too easy to blow out your eardrums with loud synths! :D

Street Legal is definitely not a piece of junk to my ears; in fact, it's one of the ones I listen to the most. As for the other three albums, I agree with Voodoo.

Anyway, it’s interesting to note the regard that Dylan has here: he’s either a genius or he’s crap. We leave the half measures to bras. The same goes for the Beatles. Curious, nonetheless.. UH! (and I hope Sfascia doesn’t mind if I also use a sound from Celticfrostian memory..) :D
